Martin Whatson, DOT DOT DOT, Bjørn Lyng & HaMa – MATCH POINT Exhibition
Goblin Mag var representert i Oslo på Galleri A sin utstilling MATCH POINT i går, hvor Martin Whatson, DOT DOT DOT, Bjørn Lyng & HaMa stilte ut. Her presenterte kunstnerene mange nye kunstverk. En flott utstilling hvor Martin Whatson og DOT DOT DOT blomstrer som kunstnere. Se bilder fra utstillingen her.

The exhibition hosted a lot of new works, and throughout it was delivered with quality. A solid exhibition where DOTDOTDOT and Martin Whatson was the highlights. Reed Projects Gallery – The Re-Jects Exhibition in Stavanger
Reed Projects Gallery åpnet nylig sin første utstilling kalt ‘The Re-Jects’. Bestående av gatekunstnerne Roa, Vhils, Dan Witz, Dolk, Escif, Brad Downey og Evol kunne vi tidlig spå at dette kom til å bli en solid utstilling som vi misunner Stavanger-folket. Reed Projects Gallery ble startet av mannen bak Nuart, nemlig Martyn Reed. Derfor var det heller ikke overraskende at det var slike sterke navn som stod på listen. Utstillingen varer fra 24-mai til 22 juni, så her er det bare å sette av en dag dersom du er i Stavanger-regionen. Her følger noen bilder fra åpningsdagen.
English : Reed Projects Gallery recently opened its first exhibition called ’The Re-Jects’. Consisting of street artists like Roa, Vhils, Dan Witz, Dolk, Escif, Brad Downey and Evol, we could predict that this was going to be a solid show. Reed Projects Gallery was founded by the man behind the Nuart Festival, Martyn Reed. It was therefore no surprise that the show would contain such a line-up. The exhibition runs from May 24th to June 22. If you’re in the are make sure you pop by. Here are some pictures from opening day.
Street Smart Exhibition – Pictures
Forrige onsdag åpnet vi utstillingen Street Smart på Bergen Kjøtt. Det var utrolig kjekt at så mange folk tok turen innom de to dagene vi holdt åpent. Her har vi samlet opp en del bilder fra utstillingen, slik at du kan mimre, eller se hva du gikk glipp av dersom du ikke hadde anledning til å komme.
English : Last wednesday we opened up our first exhibition called ‘Street Smart’, at the old meat-facory called ‘Bergen Kjøtt’. It was really pleasing and great to see all the people popping by during the two days. Not for our own sake, but for the terrific artists. Check out the pics from the exhibition after the jump. Parra Mural at SFMoMA, Video + Pics
Den nederlandske illustratøren Parra har etterhvert fått en imponerende cv. Som co-founder av merket Rockwell og samarbeid med andre giganter som Nike, Stussy, Sixpack France og Incase m/fler har navnet blitt kjent utenfor Nederlandske grenser for lengst. I tillegg til å arbeide med klesmerker har også den Amsterdam-baserte kunstnere en rekke utstillinger og cover-arbeid for flere magasiner bak seg. For noen dager siden åpnet Weirded Out i San Fransico’s MoMa. Her gjorde Parra en av sine største veggmalerier ( 60 fot ) i svart hvitt, selvsagt i sedvanlig Parra-stil. English : The Dutch illustrator Parra has gained an impressing CV as co-founder of the brand Rockwell, collaborations with the giants of Nike, Stussy and Sixpack France. Not to mention his celebrated exhibitions and cover-art for several magazines. A few days ago we saw the opening of Weirded Out at San Francisco’a MoMa. KAWS – Down Time Exhibition in Atlanta
Kaws åpnet sin nye utstilling “Down Time” for noen dager siden i museet “High Museum” i Atlanta. Dette er Kaws sin største utstilling noen gang og inneholder mange flotte kunstverk. Her får man se nye og gamle kunstverk av Kaws, men også malerier som han har samarbeidet med motefotograf David Sims for å lage. Se noen bilder fra utstillingen her.
English: Kaws opened his new exhibition “Down Time” a couple of days ago at “High Museum” in Atlanta. This is Kaws biggest exhibition ever and it includes a lot of nice artworks. Dolk’s FØRSTE SOLOUTSTILLING
Dolk gjør i disse dager sin første soloutstilling i hovedstaden. Stencilartisten har gjort det skarpt i det siste, og verkene hans har hatt en enorm økning. Det ryktes at alle bildene ble solgt ut allerede første dagen. Sjekk ut utstillingen her. Les sak »
Banksy X Keszler Gallery New York
Forrige uke åpnet Keszler Gallery en ny Banksy-utstilling. Stedet for utstillingen er Southampton,NY, og utsillingen kan vise til originale verk som er shippet fra Palestina til USA. Dette vil si hele den originale muren hvor verket ble laget på. Utstillingen varer frem til 30 september. Her kan du se video og bilder fra utstillingen.
